I was looking for a specific post on a thread with 100+ pages, and I was thinking, it'd be easier (And faster!!!) if there was like a search function where you type wither a username, trainer number, word phrase, etc and the search will tell you what page it's on. (If you searched trainer number, username, etc, it'll tell you what pages that person posted on.) Just a small idea.

The other idea is, maybe an addition to the Forum Search. The addition would be, you type in a username/trainer number in a search box, and it'll show the threads that person posted on. Some people (I am guilty of this myself. xD) will post on a thread, but then forget the name of the thread, and then can't go back to see a reply or something since they don't remember, so I think this would be a bit helpful in that regard. And I think it should be like the other searches, where only the top 30 are shown.

I think amy means that within a thread, you can search a part of the thread by inputting a phrase or a trainer's name and it will go search the page the username/phrase is located.
I would just keep the page number, but this could be helpful. 8/10

In my OPINION, it's not worth implementing. As far as I can see, this will only, and only, help in the role playing section.

Think about it: how many threads are there that have over 100 pages of replies other than role playing and have important enough posts that you would need to come back to later? My thought is that one would screenshot that post or something if one of those did turn up.

It's a nice idea, but it doesn't benefit from what I see. Again, this is my OPINION.
