Donnie looked over at Tails.
"Hi, I'm Donatello, whatchya making there?" He asks kindly with his gapped grin on his face.

"I'm trying to make a machine that runs on something other than gasoline, that'll run for a few days. So far, it's going pretty well." I replied, pouring a liquid into a hole in the top, and closing it off.

Aero opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but then closed it and turned away, accidentally hitting Tails with her wing as she did so.

"Well, it might seem gross, but I've made multiple machines that run off of sewage. You see, New York isn't really the best place for my brothers and me to live above ground." Donnie explains. "I could show you how to make it run on water."

"Owch!" I exclaimed, jumping, and accidentally knocking the object over. I bent over and picked it up quickly. No damage seemed to be done to it.

"I-I'm sorry!" Aero said awkwardly. "Here, let me-" As she bent over to help, she (again) poked Tails with one of her horns.

Donnie wondered who the one with wings was, he looked over and waved. Man, meeting new people wasn't what he was used to.

Shulk took a seat next to someone with both an angel wing and a demon wing.

"It's- OW!" he yelled again, getting stuck with the horn.

"I-" Aero pulled back, and her shoulders slumped. "Sorry..." She mumbled.

"It's okay. It was an accident..." I mumbled, picking the device up.

Aero sat back down, relieved as the teacher walked in.

I quickly shoved the device into my desk. I knew what happened the LAST time the teacher caught me working on things that I wasn't supposed to be working on during class.

Shulk sat quietly and waited for the teacher to start.

I watched as the teacher made her (his? Which class are we in?) way to the front of the room.
