Gem looked around. Seeing everyone's discouraged faces, she pouted.

I walked over to Gem and put my hand on her shoulder, "Don't be upset, maybe this won't be such a bad experience. No one knows what's coming up, just try to hope for the best and expect what's possible." I say.

Gem grinned wide. "I'm not upset! I'm just upset that everyone else is upset!" Gem replied cheerily.

"I'm not upset," I say. "I'm cynical."

A question mark appeared above Gem's head. "What does seenicol mean?" She asked.

"Cynical. Untrusting." I say.

"Why are you untrusting?" Gem asked.

I suddenly frown, "It's a long, depressing story."

Gem also frowned. "I don't like depressing stuff." She said.

"What exactly are we supposed to do?" Zack asked. "Mewtwo said something about us having to save the future or something, what does that mean?"

"Where'd he go? I'll go find him and ask him, cause I wasn't here when he first appeared." Ray said.

"I don't think you'll be able to find him around here."

"Does anyone know which way he left?" Ray said.

"He was here, and then poof- he was gone. He could be anywhere now."

"Well this is getting us nowhere fast." Ray said.
