(OoC: All the Pokemon you have are at least Lv. 10, since I did it based on the average for Mystery Gift, and you haven't caught more Pokemon from the Wilderness. I only forgot to put the level of the recieved Pokemon.)

Melee can learn: Thunder Wave, Nasty Plot
Beatrix can learn: Frustration, Quick Attack
Jigglypuff can learn: Disable, Round
Eevee can learn: Quick Attack, Bite, Refresh
Freddy can learn: Icy Wind, Play Nice, Fury Swipes
Skiddo can learn: Leech Seed, Razor Leaf, Worry Seed, Synthesis

All the other Pokemon are unable to learn moves and/or evolve due to being in the PC.

Evolve Melee. XD And replace its status attacks with Thunderwave and Nasty Plot
Beatrix's moveset I don't remember
Jiggly keeps its moves
Eevee's moveset I forgot
Freddy keeps its moves
And I forgot Skiddo's moveset XD

Eevee has Tackle, Growl, and Wish.
Skiddo has Tackle, Vine Whip, Zen Headbutt, and Rollout.
