One of the reasons i added pokemons to my pokedex is that when i try to get into the safari pokemon center is to get 400 pokedex. And then finally, i had the said requirement and entered the poke center, i was disappointed since it is completely empty! I thought there might be a nurse joy or something. Is it really useless or im missing something here?

There's a missingno inside the safari zone. You can encounter randomly inside the safari zone. Battle it and if you win, you'll recieve a odd key. (used to unlock unown tower)

Nah! Its like a Random pokemon inside. But you cant catch it. Move into the safari zone's pokemon centre. Then there's a door inside, just go inside and move here and there. Eventually you will encounter a missingno. Batlle it and if you defeat it, you'll get Odd key.

Okay. But there is a guide i read awhile back and there's something about the odd key. Do i necessarily have to go to fuschia city?

Yeah! You have to be in fuschia city to get enter into 2nd door.
