so pretty much I just wanted to find out how people train pokes to such a high level so quickly, what moves the use and what NPCs they fight. do u need high levels pokes to train others or certain types e.g. Golurk.
also just wanted to know how to increase ur trainer level, and is that equal to ur trading cap level
