Points fs/ft for coins and/or base colored pokes( mainly base colored pokes)

Rate for both is going to be 100 coins per 10k points, and will use rate list for base colored pokes.

It may be possible that we could also try and negotiate when dealing with trading base colored pokes for some of my points.
