I agree with you jam, Maybe Da man should give staff power to banning...

haha i was gonna post this but if i may suggest add to the idea- requires 2-3 mods to approve of the "proof" of the person actually doing it then they can ban like they have the power but mods aren't always right its good to have ppl agree first on it for the right reason and decide together how long the person should be banned or ip banned :P

Yeah, thanks for the support and contribution to this idea.
As long as the staff have some kind of IG power i don't mind if 5 of them have to confirm it, i know the staff will only ban with hard evidence :) |

I totally agree 100% with whats been said,imo the game is getting to far to out of control and da man is far to inactive to deal with anything whereas some staff are active daily and see lots of whats going on and are helpless to sort things out.
Giving staff the power to ban would cut a lot of these problems quickly ad hopfully make the game a better place again
