1/10 a staff could ban people he hates, could unban his friends, and if he does something wrong he could unban himself or what ever.

Is nobody reading the bit on the post where it says 3-4 mods will review the ban and the person will only be banned if the mods agree and ALL bans will be reviewed by Da man and can be edited and changed at any time, if a staff member makes a foolish ban they will lose there power!

Unlike forums/chatrooms, in game there is not much banning to be done, however I'm working on it after I sort out the staff list, maybe in-game specific moderators. As some bans are too easily recieved and some staff may trust false information and ban suspected players that are infact 100% innocent.

Even if there isn't much banning to be done, it seems when there's heaps of proof of someone trying to scam (Multiple people screen shotting and then reporting), it seems to be taking forever for action to take place.
Your staff should be professional, they shouldn't play favourites, ect. If you're really worried about the fact they may trust false information, maybe you should have a rethink about who's on your staff?

Agreed, staff handpicked should by all means be unbiased and be open to listening towards both sides of the story instead of just one to prevent any unnecessary problems resulting in players holding grudges and quitting.

They (staff) should also be diligent and commited, trying to sort out dilemma's as soon as possible. It's a job that you agreed to do.

We as players want to be in a fun, safe and fair environment. Getting rid of scammers can solidify that goal.
