Idk Bec. I saw like, 4 a day before. Then when I got my ball I really haven't seen any. There was one but I accidentally skipped over it.

now that you mention it i havent seen it in a while and before i saw it like everytime i was training

You know what, I've been training for weeks and weeks and now I just realized I never saw one anymore...

and before that I always seen it a couple times idk why it doesn't appear anymore

You need to buy a rainbow ball at the laboratory and then go to the lab again and then request task for the R. Mudkip and you will get sprayed with a 'rainbow perfume' which will 'attract' R. Mudkips.
It will appear on any page randomly on creed except the maps or when you are battling
Rainbow Ball: 495 lab credits or 2k+ coins<-2k-3k coins
When it appears,you will have to battle it.
