When I think of a committed crime I think of the shooting in Connecticut, since it was pretty recent and I live quite close to there.

In my opinion you can't name just one action as the worst crime. There are many things that lead up to the particular crime that is "worse" but I think the ones that lead up to it are worse because if they would have never happened then the end result would not have happened. As I've said this is my opinion and it's truly what I believe.

9/11 was really horrible, but I'd have to say the Holocaust is the worst criminal event I can think of. It's estimated that 5-6 million Jews were killed in the Holocaust, and that's only Jewish people - other people were targeted for killing as well.
