fight the NPCs
Here's how to level up fast:
1.Teach your pokemon bolt strike
2.If it is ghost type,go and battle Bird Tamer,here's the link:

Or you may ask to loan a high level pokemon from a player.

You may wish to battle the gyms or the other NPCs
You can get the move "fly" from defeating zapmolcuno.
There is a new NPC,that is the dark alley trainer.(the town you are in)>the streets>dark alley trainer.

But,you have to defeat all the 40 gyms and get the 40 gym badges in order to battle him.

This costs you money.
You get cash by either defeating the NPCs or completing achievements.
