I am wondering how to get Rubies and Sapphires. If someone knows, that will be awesome.

you equip the item finder to ur character then in good weather 15 or above they randomly apeare

You buy an item-finder at the department store.
(the city/town you are in)>Trading>Mart Co.>Dep. Store and you will find item-finder or just buy them off players
Once you get one,go to
Manage Items>Equip Items
And you will see your item-finder and just equip it.
Once you have done so,check out the weather forecast.
The item-finder works best in good weather so it should be between somewhere round 15%-30%
and go around searching the maps
i recommend the safari zone since i found a sapphire there before,you should be able to find some too
