if you give a pokemon a rare candy will they grow the level if they have an exp lock on? is this how people get the level 4 pokemon just give it tons of rare candies with an exp lock on? im curious

giving rare candy would bring up a level? o.O how would that help in getting a level 4 lol i just figure level 4s are glitches or mod pokes xP

10% chance rare candy is rotten and lowers a level, exp locks don't do anything

It's true,there is a chance that the rare candy is rotten and will lower the pokemon's level by 1 so there you have it,a level 4 Pokemon.
These aren't glitches though,just the fact that these are rare,so there aren't many of them in-game

but i play this game for a very long time my 1st account was somewhere in the 26k now there are almost 10 times that many

aint it odd that they suddenly start to happen just now??
i never owned a exp lock thus for that matter i would not know if a rare candy used on a pokemon holding a exp lock stops it's effects if it is true then even a "rotten" candy should not work either becouse a experiance lock should then also lock any depletion of xp aswell

therefor alone it has to be either a bug/coding malfunction or an way created together with the top of creed to gain more out of less but that is a theory i cannot believe to be more true than a malfunction

the lvl 4's are but just in the last few month's if this rotten candy has a 10% chance of happening it should have to happened years ago aswell but they were not..

Easy. Da Man could've coded in a chance of a rotten candy when people found out about 10% chance of losing a level.
He could've put this in the updates section...

but that is just speculations
he did not do such things

he could have done anything he wishes its his game to improve or screw up
