hmm today i was just trying to know how to give repution so when i clicked mine so i read comments alot from people i m thankfull to them since i cant rate myself to post this xd

You just have to click the reputation(number) then you'll see there a "rate user" button in the upper right part.
You just have to put words and you'll have to choose between positive,neutral and negative. :D

I also have all positives, except for one neg and one neutral, both of which I have no idea why they are there :P People confuse me.

Edit: Okay, maybe 2 negs :P My most recent rep is a neg from a guy that I gave a neg to because he was raging super hard about people not liking his idea. I gave that negative to him in September, and he decided a month ago that it was a good idea to give me a negative reputation too, just because I gave him one.

yeah that is so i dont even remember if carefully so randemp singh gave me 1- cuz he said he will buy my all pokemons incluede shinyies for 25 coins without telling on chat and when i checked trade i became to much harsh and i said him even if i have 0 coins i wont ever accept that trade so he gave me 1-
