i would make an anime that will inspire people with problems in their family or community etc. to live on like i have so they wouldn't think of suicide, drugs, murdering people, etc. as a solution to those problems and remind them that every problem has a solution and is only a hurdle in life to test your mental and emotional strength.

What if a you saw a bad guy bribing a law officer, what will you do?

I'll probably get it on tape, then present it to someone higher than he is. or maybe just bribe him with it, then give the tape to someone higher that him/her XD

Then I'd go to all the malls and get the food and other necessities they need.

It depends.
