Can't post?

It wont let me post on threads unless I am creating a new thread or posting on my own thread, anyone else have this issue?

Yes I've tried multiple times, I've even tried restarting my computer, logging out and back in, even tried doing it from a different IP to see if that made a difference, still no luck

The character :] <- Is glitched or something. Happened multiple times to me. Try deleting that and post.

I dont have the problem though, try using different words or the BB codes?
