Okay,so made this really cool g.raichu I like but everytime I try to upload it on tinypic,it won't upload.Do you need to have a cord to upload or something?Or do I need to do it on a computer and not a laptop?

Go to [you must login to view links] and click choose file, select the picture you want to upload and then click "Upload now" You'll have to fill in a captcha every upload but it's quick and easy. From there, copy the link that has the [img] brackets in it and paste it wherever you want to post it, I made a guide explaining how to do it here [you must login to view links]

Yeah,but it keeps saying incorrect format.That doesn't work for some reason on my laptop.

Check the picture format. It might be unreadable.
If it is sometime you have to convert the image to another type like jpeg or png before it can upload.

It's when you automatically save.
Photoshop and Gimp save in their own format.
So in order to make it the right format:
Photoshop (Goto Save As and select PNG or JPEG).
For Gimp goto Export and export as PNG or JPEG.
And then it should upload.
