u cant make spooky scarf , u will need a n item finder and u should wander around the maps . secondly u can trade it or buy it from pplz those who already hae ,
spooky scarf is only usefull during the halloween event in creed

Spooky scarfs were used in the halloween event 2 years ago and can only be traded\bought of players that already have them,they can't be found in the maps any more
