A section where you can post and share a joke or something funny for people to laugh at but it cannot be racist or rude in any ways but there is other stuff that is funny. Usually there is nowhere to share a joke except chat but when nobody is online and you have an urge to share it then you can't and it dissapoints you , that does NOT nessecerraly mean me. Just an idea.

I agree but still...good idea I rate 6/10

I think we can just post some jokes on Oddish's Off-Topic. I think it's really not needed.

Don't really see the point in it will just be people posting loads of jokes under 1 thread for a lot of posts + just look on the internet for jokes

Could lead to some inappropriate jokes, so not needed.
And as other people already said, Oddish's Off-Topic can be used.
Also, the topic is too 'small' so there wouldn't be a lot of threads/posts.
