well this is nice and very good. i am rating it 8/10. but regarding your question if it is a PokemonCreed Level Sprite or not, i am not so sure. i can't tell. but its very nice.

This CursedKyogre is amazing. 9/10. This spirte could be a Pokemon Creed sprite. Keep it up.

its a awesome looking sprite.
but i would like to see some smudge in it.
i mean. on some places a bit darker then normaly.
overall a 8/10 for me

I think the idea of cursed kyogre is great i would rate it a nine and a half out of ten. This also goes towards my personal liking of kyogre as it was my first legendary that i caught seeing as the first game i played was Ruby.

It's okay I'd rate it like 7.5/10 mainly because some places on the kyogre are darker red and also the yellow eye is weird but as far as a creed level sprite I'd say probably since most of the cursed are not to good anymore

it looks pretty good i will give it 9/10 it looks good:)

although i havent been on this site long i had a look at the current creed sprites and the effect doesnt really match the rest, the lines are showing too much possibly too much glow.
but the recolour looks roughly about the same.

just the effect needs a bit more work done

Its nice . Better thanost sprites on here but colored legends usualy have a specific look to them and this doesnt have that but pretty good
