Quite nice man i would rate this around 8/10 also i like that you used the old kyogre from sapphire and not a newer version cause the old one is way better

Great looking sprite 8/10 as of pokemon creed level N needs more effects

I really like this one. There is nice contrast and extremely clear. The background is also not overdone and is just enough to highlight kyogre. The black on it it like a little blue tinted but I like it. 10/10. I believe this could work as a creed sprite and you should definitely make more :3

7/10- Wind is okay, but the black on the Kyogre doesn't look right to me. It doesn't really look like a Creed Sprite, but I can say it's better than some of them. GJ.

I think you did wonderfully well! Would it be worthy of a PokemonCreed sprite? It is difficult to tell but in my opinion it is good enough. Perhaps people who are more experienced in such matters can give more detailed and insightful answers. Once again, well done and I would rate it 8.5/10. Keep up the good work.
