I've seen legendary shinies and rares shinies but I don't know how to get them I've done some random swapping and never seen a legend..

You can get Shiny Regice in the map if you are lucky. You can also buy legendary here, [you must login to view links] . One in 30 chance it will be a shiny legendary. Next time post in Pokemon Creed - Questions/Help instead.

u may get some normal legendrys in games cornner and coloured legends in auction house.

But lugia how did those ppl get the pokes in th AH and u will say from the AH but than who started off by getting them

Gambler,its like jack said there is 1/30 chance that the pokemon that you buy from the Game Corner will be a Shiny one!
Its just Pure Luck or if you are rich then you can Bid for it in the Auction House!

Its not a Game,look at the bottom of the vip section,there you can find many legendary pokemon starting from Jirachi to many Luminous Starters!
