Spoiler alert: His team gets wrecked by ground/rock moves so try using those types of moves with a pokemon that doesn't get wrecked by lapras/blastoise/venasaur. E.G. Metagross.

Quagsire is good for walling his pikachu since it can only use iron tail and quick attack to damage you so get to +6 defence speed and sp def anda finally atk/sp atk and proceed to sweep or get something fast and strong and explode revive for me its azelf lol

I got it! I know of a website that can CREATE pokemon, I could easily just make one with OP stats, make it a Mew and there ya go, But if you wanna do it the right way, I killed him with These pokemon:

Dialga (lvl 70)
Giratina (lvl 89 I think)
Arceus (Lvl 100)
Charizard (Lvl 90)
Mewtwo (71)
Ditto (41)

Though I just battled him for the fun of it, I just used Regigigas the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time battling him, I hope my team helped, I chose Ditto because it can transform into his pokemon so transform into his PIKACHU then heal Ditto (Because it would probably need a focus slash to survive the 1st hit)
then just use Volt Tackle, Thunder Bolt, or Iron Tail to KO most of his pokemon E.G Lapras, Charizard, Snorlax
if he faints by this point, Hope to GOD you have a good leveled Charizard or Rock/Ground type like Golem, or a ground type like Dorphan
