X manifested a titanic being, made of chains and controlled by the Vectors and him, he sent it towards Deadeye, while rushing quickly, slashing with Vectors and launching chains.

Deadeye swiftly dodged the vectors and chains, then grabbed one of the chains.

X smirked, the chain recoiling and coming back, Deadeye with it as it wrapped around his arm, Vectors awaited him, going to stab them through the chest if he got closer. He moved, every step sending a vector through the ground at Deadeye.

Deadeye used the upcoming vectors to go around and unwrap the chain from his arm, he kept ahold of the chain, letting himself come closer to X.

X motioned his other arm, the chain colossus stomping on the recoiling chain dragging Deadeye, smashing the ground and smashing at Deadeye. While the titan did this, X focused on acquiring a lock onto Deadeye's signature to fire a Trueshot Vector.

Deadeye crawled upwards on the chains to avoid the smashing titan, then Deadeye used the chain to hit the vector before it came in contact with him.

X smirked, canceling the shot and ordering the titan to unwrap itself and cover Deadeye, X sent massive heat through the chain Deadeye was holding. X acquired the psychic signature, "This world needs peace, and if we both die here to get it, that's just fine by me." he said, the aura turning a shade of yellow.

"Don't you get it?" Deadeye said, letting go of the chain. "There will be no peace, The Golden Eagles, One Eye Open, and any other gangs will still be fighting. I am the one who could finally end the gang war."

X shook his head, "I know your intentions, and your mind." he said, the aura growing brighter. "I can bring an end to it, and I don't want to rule this world." he said, the chain titan coiling Deadeye, X moved his finger, and a wave of intense head went towards the titan's chains, as well as an electric current.

"The line of Zek's will never end." Deadeye said. "It's a vicious cycle. The power of the Zek will take control of someone who is at the edge of snapping, the fine line, and when they finally snap, the power of the Zek will rain upon them, and it will all start over, that's when I snapped."

X laughed, "I know a person who'd never give into the drug of power, and if we can make the world change for the better, than no one would snap, would they?" he said, sending higher voltage charges and increasing the head around Deadeye.

Deadeye began laughing. "Everyone has a breaking point, it's just a matter of the actions that make one reach it first, no world, can be perfect for every person."

X held up a picture of Ikaru, "This boy, never been sick, never killed, never sinned." he said, "He does community service everyday, and cooks for those who can't." he said smirking. "He is the embodiment of purity, and he'll never fall from grace.' he said. He increased the strength of the chains, and stuck minature needles from the chains, slowly injecting Deadeye with vectors.

"And you're telling me he'll be able to save over 7 billion people from the Zek?" Deadeye said.

X shook his head, "I'm saying he'll prevent another Zek, for if no one breaks under the pressure of society, then who will replace you?" he said, "Ikaru brings happiness into everyone's life, and makes the worst into the best." he said, the toxin being injected into Deadeye's system.
