Alice lightly kissed his forhead and tightend her grip on his hand.

Alice sat on the bed and kept running her fingers through Ace's hair.

I grabbed her stomach and lay her down and wrapped my arms around her.

Alice smiled and hugged him back. "It's okay, you can sleep now." She whispered.

Alice rubbed Ace's back.

I eventually fell asleep.

Alice smiled and took a warm and damp cloth and cleaned the dried blood of of Ace's forehead.

"Hmmmm..." I moan in my sleep, reacting to the clothe.

Alice kept wiping and held the back of his head. "Shh....Im juts cleaning up..." She whispered in Ace's ear.

My wings spread and my teeth were bared.

Alice held up the cloth. "Ace? You okay?" She asked sweetly, popping her bat wings out and wrapping them around him.

"It hurts," I calmly state.

Alice rolled her eyes and playfully said. "Baby..." Before continueing to clean his cuts. "Do you have any other cuts I don't know about?" She asked, tugging at his shirt and flapping her wings to dry the wet on his cuts form the cloth.

"O-one..." I say, pulling off my shirt revealing the biggest cut across my chest.

Alice sighed and cleaned it carefully, stitching it back up to close the wound and she looked at Ace. "Thi sis gonna sting, so distract yourself with something while I disinfect the area around it." She stated putting medicinal disinfectand on a big cotton ball and began rubbing the area around the cut. *He's...really toned..* She thought.
