How to get berries such as pecha? Are they available from luckydip or what?

They can be got from farming! At first, you have to buy a home! You can get it at Estate Agency

then, you have to get some (atleast 1) berry to start farming!
At first Oran berries will be fine! After gaining certain level, you can farm Sitrus berry, Pecha berry etc.

You can get Oran berries from other players or Item Market

I'd like to add to what EliteBoy said-
I got my 1st berry from the Map!
So you can look around in the map with either the itemfinder or dowsing machine equipped and if you are lucky you will find a berry(though random)!
Then you can continue farming as my friend Elite said!
Hope your doubt is cleared!XD

you need an itemfinder equipped to your first pokemon to find items on map!
There's a better chance of finding in a city with good wheather condition. Check your town's wheather to get good one! Finding berries on map will be a bit hard since its random!
If u find one, it will ask like this!
Item finder found an Oran berry! Do you want to pick ?
Just select pick item. Then You can get one.
Btw, it looks like small icon of specific berry! It maybe Oran, weaper, pechaberry etc.

If you need a berry I can give you 1 of each type I have.
