Mary looked down. "N why did you say more than friends. "I wanted to see if he cared and was a good friend for you. Good ones don't get jelouse or judgy and he didn't do that." N stated. Mary looked out the door. "Yeah well now he thinks were together." She mumbled.

I finally got to Anona and hugged my sister. "Acel, you came..." She said.
"Why are you crying?"
"I'm just so happy.."
"Me too. I'm sorry I have been so busy."
"You're here now, Ace..."

Mary looked down. N put a hand on her shoulder. "Why so glum?" He asked. Mary sighed. "If he thinks were together then I can't...well...." N sat up. "Oh I see...." He smirked.

"Let's go home," she says. I nodded and followed.

Mary held the Lekka in her arms and stroked it's head.

"Say, I heard people over the phone, did you invite them?"
"Yeah, Mary and N should be here," I say.
"Hmm.." Acella mumbles.

N had flown Mary over to the city Ace and his sister were in and when they got there he rang the doorbell with Mary behind him hiding from the sister not knowing who she was.

I opened the door, "Hi."
"Is that Mary and N?" Acella asked.

Mary stayed behind N. N smiled and looked at Ace. "She doesn't know your sister yet so..." He mumbled.

"She's nicer than I am." I say.

N shrugged and Mary popped her head out from behind N and saw Ace. "Umm...Hello..." She said in a super quiet voice.

"Hi there!" Acella exclaimed.

Mary slipped back behind N out of shyness and he moved to the side to keep her from hiding. Mary looked down and played with her long blonde hair.

I didn't say anything.

Mary just stood there looking at the ground.
