Valkerie tensed up a bit. "H-he should pick Frazz....I won't run away if i don't get loved....." She mumbled.
(I can relate to that song up there soooo much it's scary XD)

"He'd still love you, he'd just be with Frazz," Zoe said.

Valkerie set her brush down. "D-don't say that. He'll be happier with Frazz!" She started to raise her voice when inside she was telling herself to run, run to make herself feel better, but she couldn't do that to her friends.

"I gotta go, he's coming," she says.

Valkerie curled her hands into fists.

I poked my head in, "Hey..."

Valkerie forced herself to clam down. "Hey Ace." She said in a 'happy' tone as she turned around, her eyes were slightly glassy but other than that, she masked her feelings well.

I just hugged her. "I don't want to break anyone's heart," I mumble.

Valkerie pulled away. "Then love Frazz....not me...I-it wont hurt long..." She stated
*Because it will be gone...* She thought.

"You're lying," I say, "I'm not worth it.."

Valkerie smiled for real though. "yes, you are for her, I can live without love, she......well...n-needs it..m-more than me.." She stated.
*well, it was a half lie this time...* She thought.

"It hurts me as much as it hurts you," I say.

Valkerie smiled. "Then it doesn't hurt much..." Lie...

"It hurts a lot," I say.

Frazz heard the commotion outside. "Wha? I don't have a crush on Ace......" She muttered to herself. "Bull. Stop lying." Sylph said to her as he watched her draw. "I don't like him. He likes Val anyways, and I won't let Val get thrown to the side. She needs love more than I do." Frazz stated as she attempted to smile.
