1.) Something small. Just an idea that you can unfavorite a thread that you may have favorited that you don't need anymore. (I've got a few of those that I favorited close to when I joined, and I don't need them anymore. I'm sure others have that, too.)

2.) Something else small. Okay, this is a bit stupid, but a couple times I forgot I wasn't on Facebook and that the 'Thanks' button wasn't the 'Like' button, and clicked it. (Mostly when I've been up at like 3AM. ._.) And I know I'm not the only one who's done this, because of this post in one of my roleplays:

I know for certain that that post is NOT one of the ones that I screwed up on. So pretty much the same as the first. An 'Unthank' option.
Rate out of 10 and explain why?

1) i saw someone already suggested the first suggestion!
Its really needed cuz if i click favorite on a training or trading thread, after some months, they will lock their thread! Then what is the use of having em on our favorite thread list?

So i rate the plan 10/10!

2) this will help only if we thank a post by mistake! Some ppl may play with thanking a post/thread then removing it!

Example: In a siggy Tutor thread, you have to thank before reading those tutors! Ppl may remove their thanks after reading em! Then what to do?

Still a nice plan! I rate this one 8/10!

1.) Oh, I didn't know someone already did. Lol sorry to whomever.
2.) And that, well, you thank it, you read it, you decide you don't need it or whatever. You unthank it. You can always go back and re-thank it if you need to.

yeah you can thank a post whenever you want! Still something isn't perfect about the second one!

Okay, so on a post, at the bottom left (left is this way: <---) there's a button that says 'Thanks' with a thumbs-up next to it. When you click it, it 'Thanks' the thread/post. The idea was to have an 'Unthank' option. Like maybe if you clicked 'Thanks' twice, it would 'Unthank.'. Would be useful for a few things:
1.) You made a mistake and accidentally hit the 'Thanks' instead of the 'Reply', or 'Thanked' the wrong post, etc. Then you could 'Unthank' said post/thread and fix the mistake.
2.) Like what Elite said, there are some tutorial posts with 'You must thank this post before you can view it.' when you click on it. Once you 'Thank' the post, you can read it. Then maybe you decide you liked a different tutorial better, or you cannot use this one, etc, so you can 'Unthank'. Maybe then it'll help narrow down choices/etc.
And it's not like it screws everyone else out of reading it. 'Cause if three people 'Thank' one of those threads, and one of those three 'Unthank' it, the other two would still be able to read it, because THEY have 'Thanked' it. Plus it's not permanent. I mean, if you 'Unthank' a thread, you could always go back and 'Re-Thank' it. 'Cause I'd think an 'Unthank' would just register as if you never 'Thanked' it to begin with.

Ok i get it now shinxey an unthank option would be nice if it was implemented and 9/10would be my ratings for it

If I was Admin I'd accept the first idea.
But the second idea isn't necessary. Thanks button are for like a gratitude for helping something. The forums doesn't need that button.

Well for 2nd idea how about just a "Are you sure you want to thank this thread?" popup?
