Well,well.
Me and my mates just decided to create a new breeding center, so here it is.

For getting us to breed a shiny for you,follow these steps:
1. You need to post a message in the same way as below-
Pokemon to be bred: Charmander
No. of shinies needed:2
Prize: 1k coins
Prize is exceptional, doesn't matter if you add it or not.
2. After receiving a green signal, you have to send us a female evolved form of the pokemon you want if it is not available with us.
3. Have patience. It's not easy getting shinies.

It feels awkward to say,but We'll only breed the poke if only if we like that poke. :p
I'm currently recruiting breeders as well.
