You can breed coloured/typed Pokemon, however the Pokemon that hatches will usually be the Normal/regular form of the Female Pokemon, whether its parents are coloured or not. There is also a 1/50 chance of the hatched Pokemon being Shiny, though to answer your question, you won't be able to get any coloured Pokemon through breeding.

For example, if you breed a ShadowSigilyph F with a ShinyAerodactyl M, you will most likely receive a Normal Sigilyph from the egg, though if you're really lucky you could also receive a ShinySigilyph.

Good luck with breeding :)

No worries! I think I have bred around 10 shinies altogether, my breeding luck is definitely not the best xD If I had been more lucky I am sure I could have around 20-30 shinies now given the 1/50 possibility of breeding a Shiny.
