There is mistake in it- France is a country and Paris is capital of it. |

"Grasse" is essentially the perfume capital of the world but it happens to be in France so in a way, it's still true.

It is true because it's meaning it's the capital as in country not city. So it's correct lol it would say something like, "Paris is the perfume capital of France," or something along those lines :)

when it says "perfume capital of the world" it means that France is the central area for perfume lovers. It is where people who love perfume go to get the best types of perfume.

Well there are two ways to look at it if you think of it it's actually correct. But I think they should still change it because it doesn't make that much sense.
