Alice nodded looking in the direction of the noise

"What is that?" I ask.

Alice took a step back and panicked when she saw the word S.A.F.E carved onto the beast. "N-No...not now." She stammered.

"What IS that?" I yell.

Alice backede up and hit the wall of the Inn.

"I'm going out there," I say, my claws turning a bright scarlet color.

Alice kept reading the word that was etched into the beast. S.A.F.E.....S.A.F.E.... *Anything but...* She thought.

I was trying to slay it, being knocked away.

Alice grabbed Ace's arm. "You can't kill it!" She yelled, trying to pull him back.

I heated my claws even more, hotter than melting steel.
"It. Will. Die!" I yell, jabbing at it.

Alice gritt her teeth. "The more you hit it the bigger and stronger it grows Ace!" She yelled.

"Wh-what?" I ask. "C'mon, let's go," I say, grabbing her and flying back to the inn. "Get everything you own. C'mon Edward, Blue!" I yell.

Alice quickly packed and her pendant dropped onto the floor with out her noticing.

I picked up the pendant. "Well, what is this?" I ask her.

Alice snatched it from his hand before he could see the inside of the pendant. "Uh...just an..heirloom..." She muttered running out of the Inn.
