agreed. Cellphones are a bit out of hand (lol)
although some countries don't have much of those tech (I think)
but have no fear bro, for every person that's using a cellphone, there might be one or two persons adoring nature right now :)

P.S. when you look into the night sky in a busy city, you might see little-to-no stars, but when you go somewhere with no flashy lights or tall buildings, you'll see all the constellations. :)

Cellphones are useful for emergencies.

iPhone 5, bro, is the best, wider screens, better picture and video resolution and more availability to newer games with hardly any lag.

Yep. People are becoming mechanical every day. But it's good business for the cell phone companies. And with the rise of various Android and iOS applications and games, the so-called 'busy' life is now making a turning point and taking cell phones to a whole new level, which are already harming the cell phone geeks.

to the average ADULT for which they were meant, but even my older siblings are addicted to these things. I am glad to say I use my cell phone for less than 130 minutes a month and use a TRAC Phone. Not a smart phone.

Today we had a school field trip and the bus driver had to break because this kid didn't hear the lunch bell due to the fact he was glued to his phone and wasn't paying attention. He was a block away from school.

Wow. I'm sorry but...That's a bit funny in my opinion, pizzanarwhal. Phones are really getting out of control...And really, cell phones should NOT need to be given to 6 and 7 year olds. That is too young. What would a 6 and 7 year old really need a cell phone for unless there was a family thing going on where they needed it? Other than emergencies, there's no need. :/

Cell Phones and other technology is supposed to be useful as previously stated.
The thing is, people will often forget simple things like adding and subtracting because they have not done it in a while.

And, young kids don't need cell phones at all, in my opinion.

I agree that cell phones are nice and all, but they should only be used when necessary. People are constantly texting and talking on their phones. Then they wonder, "Why is my battery almost dead?" or "Why is my phone bill so high?" It's seriously starting to get out of control.
