Summer of Secrets (Season 1)

This will be a new roleplay, and it will be fantastic, too.

Most of these users had quit, but were spectacular roleplayers. And here are my rules:
1.
My "The Basic Rules of Roleplay: READ!" thread. Even if you know them, I want you to reread them, please.
2.
Even though this is stated in my basic rules thread, yes, I will allow romance, just nothing past a kiss.
3.
I want each post to paint a picture in the mind, and there will be a review page, no chatting on that for random purposes. That will be used for plot planning.
4.
Fill out the form, which will be on the review page, very discriptively. If any parts of it are left out, you will be automatically be declined and can only have 1 other chance to fix it.
5.
Only have 1 character (or 2, if you must) because I don't want our group of kids so large...

The first season's plot and rules:
The rules for each episode and full Season 1: Summer Camp::
1. Each episode has to be at least 7 pages long, while there must be at least 20 episodes in a season of Summer of Secrets.
Plot:
This is about a camping project the characters go on (on the first and second) episodes. They eventually become friends and have adventures for the rest of the summer. Then, our next season will start off with the first day of school, capiche?

This thread will be closed untill characters are made.

-Episode 1: The Project-

As everyone took their seats, we were given a project in Ms. Ginnards's class. It also included a field trip. *A camping trip*, I thought. *Well, nothing bad could come from this. Besides, it's a grade...*

"Students, I will assign your groups." Ms. Ginnard says. She had given everyone a group and I was stuck with a bunch of kids I didn't really care much for.

"Field trip is tomorrow, bring in your money, kids!" She says, dismissing us from class while the bell rang.

Shelby went home and told her mom about the trip.
"I really want to go. Plus if I do, you won't have to hire a babysitter for that time." she said.
"Hmm. I'll think about it hun." her mom replied. Shelby was pretty excited. She hoped her mom would say she could go.

I went home and started to pack my bags:
My toothbrush, my comb, a flashlight, some blankets, a bag of trail mix, hiking boots, a few extra sets of clothes, and some water bottles.

-The Next Day-
I come to school with the money and a bit of extra cash on me.

A bit later, Shelby came to school. Her mother said yes! She was wearing an outfit like that of the female avatar of Pokemon X/Y ([you must login to view links]). She had all her things packed up; a flashlight, a few changes of clothes, a brush, blankets, boots, water bottles, some things to keep her busy (books, etc), and some treats to snack on.

I realize each group had their own bus, so we get on and I sit in the back. I see a dark brunette get on the bus.I realized I had stashed in my artset: crayons, markers, colored pencils, colored pens, pencils, pens, and 6 notepads, all in my bag. That and my phone, 3DS, and chargers. I began sketching.

Shelby was really happy. She was going on a camping trip! But the bus ride was going to be long and boring. She took out one of the books she had stashed away in one of her bags. She began to read it. It was titled: '101 Ways to Get Nomiated Class Clown'. It was about this boy who wanted to be the class clown REALLY badly, so he did all these wacky things to try to get voted as Class Clown. (I made this up BTW) It was a very entertaining book.

"Yes? Did someone call me?" she asked, looking around.

"Ah, this junk, well it was a dragon destroying some city or town. Nothing really. You can look through some of my sketchbooks." I say, handing her a sketchbook.

"You're a really good drawer." she stated.
