Mary couldn't help but laugh. She got out of the water and changed back into her green dress before running up to Ace. "Hey! Where are you going?" She asked, grabbing his arm.

"Home," I say. "I've gotta get this shirt dried off. And I'm gonna take a shower while I'm at it. Pond water isn't the cleanest thing to be in."

"Considering you were splashing around it happily a few seconds earlier" I say, watching Ace climb out.

Mary forgot about Serina and hid behind Ace again.

I raise a disbelieving eyebrow as Mary hides "Really hiding? so your perfectly fine running around in water in front of me" I say

Mary popped her head out form behind Ace. "I um...forgot you were...there..." She whispered.

Mary looked down at the lake in emberassment. *How stupid am I?* She asked herself.

I give a soft giggle "Well I suppose you would be the first" the elderly Gyarados make a light noise almost like a huff.

Mary forced a smile and sat down, not turning her gaze from the pond.

I came back with a dry set of clothes.

Mary looked up at Ace and smiled. "Hi." She said quietly.

"Hi," I say softly.
