I was still following Shard, easily keeping up with him

(I didn't end up falling asleep until 3am, and my mom said I wasn't allowed to sleep in anymore. ._.)
Eventually, the two made it to the end of the level. Robotnik was again nowhere in sight.
"Is this stupid thing over yet?" Shard asked, really getting sick of it.
*Meanwhile*
We eventually noticed that the other two were gone.
"Where'd they go?" Grounder asked.
"They probably left because you were being stupid again!" I yelled.
"I wasn't being stupid! That was ALL you!" he protested.
"Forget THAT. We've gotta go catch up!"

I simply wrote "You're both idiots." on a rock and threw it at Scratch and Grounder

"Where did THAT even come from!?" I yelled, seeing the rock.

(Just wait for Metropolis Zone. THAT one was a pain in the butt. Not as hard as Labyrinth Zone, mind you.)
A few hours passed. Still no Robotnik.
"I would've thought he would've been here a while ago..." I yawned.
"Maybe he went away after what happened last time?" Grounder suggested.
"Then why can't we advance?" I asked, pushing against the barrier at the end of the level.
FINALLY, he showed up in a sleeping bag, sound asleep.
"You're kidding, right?" Shard asked, really annoyed.
"That's the stupidest one yet!"
He snorted, and crashed into the barrier, waking him.
"Huh, wut?" he groaned.
"You make us wait like that again, you're not vanishing."
Robotnik gulped, and hit a switch. A serpent-like bot came flying out of the tar.
"Adios!" he called, starting up the engine of his hovercraft.
The bot fired a few lazers at the quartet.
"Oh no you don't!" Shard hollered, flying after him, and blasting the hovercraft.
Robotnik let out an extremely girly scream as he plummeted into the tar.

Lazers still flew all over as it was being dismantled. One stray lazer hit Robotnik, and he let out a really obnoxious scream.
"That's gonna leave a mark!" I exclaimed.

The Oil Ocean Zone began to fade, and the Metropolis Zone began to materialize.
(Thankfully, no water levels for....a few levels yet. xD
They always end up like that last panel in this for me:
