1.) Very much so. That and how there are some perverts and stuff that get all excited and crap when they find out that they're playing a game with a female of any kind. ._. That gets annoying, too. This isn't a dating sim, go to e-harmony if you're looking for a date. :L

3.) Hey, it's true. Judging by those stereotypes, by playing Legend of Zelda, I would be hacking everything apart with a sword for no reason. :I I can assure you that I don't. xD

The military actually looks for people who play video games such as Call of Duty or Battlefield because if they play it enough they gain excellent hand-eye coordination.

Yep, it's true. :P Plus with some games like that, you get better depth perception and can aim better, which is good for that sort of thing. (If you miss, you or someone else could die.)

Yeah, that's really tough when people are mean to you for your preference in games/etc. :/
I've been bullied a lot myself for liking what people label: "Boy Things", such as Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog, when I'm a girl. (Question for the ones whining about Pokemon; If Pokemon is a "Boy Thing", then why can you pick between a male character and a female one, mmm?) :L But tbh, I don't really care. Over the years, I've come up with cracks like: "Well, the only reason that YOU don't like it, is because you're too stupid to get the humor in it." Most of the time, that gets them to shut up.
And I admit it: I'm VERY immature. A few times I've burst out laughing in dead silence over stuff that has happened WEEKS ago. (Okay, so MORE than a few times.) Older than 10, younger than 20 (don't post my age here, please @Umbreon and Blue XP), and still laugh at things like fart jokes. (Yes, it's okay to laugh and poke fun at me about that. :P Just remember Blue, I've got the Butt Pliers. *cough* Anyway...) So I guess that aided in the bullying, but oh well. And some people make fun of me for not being all "girly" and all "frou-frou". I'd kinda' count my style as more of a tomboyish style, because I'm not really much for the super girly things like the color pink (not a bad color, if you ask me, but not my favorite. XP) or dresses, or make-up and stuff like that. (Although I think part of the dress thing is because of all the perverted boys at my schools. ._.) But I do enjoy shiny and glittery things. So yeah, I guess some things like the Legend of Zelda series is more for a male audience, but I don't really care. In my own words: "If I like it, I like it. That's that. You don't like it? Screw you."
But the point is, it's wrong to do things like bully people for having their preferences in games and such.
(I may or may not have gone on a bit of a tangent. Forgive me for that.)

I might not do any more rants. I've run out of ideas, and they kept drifting away from my original purpose--to rant about fandoms. I'll keep this open for other people's rants and discussions about my previous rants.
