Acerios's egg started to shake. A shiny Rufflet came out of the shell. It looked at Acerios and playfully tackled him.

Acerios smiled, he then begun a 2 day period training and tactic learning with Quatic and Rufflet whom he named Gust.

The Houndour that left the pack was watching Acerios for the past two days.

As Acerios finished his training they hit the shop, "I'll get a few great balls and a variety of berries." he said as he paid for it all. After which he began relaxing to release the pressure on Gust and Quatic.

Roxie walked up to Acerios. "I heard from Cheren that you are a strong trainer. I want to see that for my self. Come stop by my gym to prove yourself." Roxie challenged. Then she headed back to the gym.

Acerios was surprised that Roxie knew, "Alright, I will." he said smiling. After the events of today Acerios kept training his Pokemon so to be careful when battling Roxie. As he finished in the afternoon of the next day he bought a few Antidotes and put Pecha Berries on Quatic and Gust.

Clyde saw Acerios. "Hey Acerios. Are you ready to face Roxie? Here these should help." Clyde said as he tossed 3 rare candies at Acerios. "Good luck!" Clyde added.

Acerios nodded, "I'm coming for my second badge Roxie!" he said as he dashed to the Gym after feeding 5 Rare Candies to Quatic and the rest to Gust.
((I think that just raised Quatic to evolution level which is 30?))

Quatic stopped. Quatic started to glow very bright. Quatic started to change shape drastically. After the glowing stopped a golden Carvanha wasn't there anymore. But there was a golden Sharpedo! Quatic now in his new form roared loudly.

Acerios stopped to admire the evolution, "Nice Quatic!" he said as they both continued to fight Roxie.

"If you think just because your pokemon just evolved you're gonna win let me tell you that you are wrong. W-R-O-N-G! Wrong!" She sung. Roxie sent out Koffing.

Acerios hung his head slightly but laughed, "You-you might be right, but I know your poisonous touch. My-My tactics will bring it out, the strength of my duo!" he rapped back. He sent out Quatic, "Do your best with Dark Fangs!" he said as Quatic charged with a combo of Crunch, Ice Fang, and Slash.

"Koffing, Toxic!" Roxie Commanded. Roxie didn't seem to care that Koffing got hit by three attacks.

Acerios smirked as Quatic used his Pecha Berry, "Continue the onslaught!" he said Quatic continued the barrage of attacks.

Again Roxie just smiled. "Koffing use Sludge Bomb!" Commanded Roxie.
