Cheren sat in his gym talking to Hilbert. (Hero of Black and White.) After a while they hung up. Cheren was reading a book to past the time when Clyde told him a trainer was coming.

Acerios stopped before going in, "We need some training don't we?" he said to Quatic. As they stopped they trained and practiced tactics.

Clyde came out and spotted Acerios. "It's a good thing you're training your Pokemon. I know it's hard to raise a Pokemon from an egg. So I hope these help." Clyde said as he handed 5 rare candies to Acerios. ((To keep it fair all players will receive rare candies when they challenge a gym.))

Acerios smiled, "Thanks, you're Clyde right? The ground type gym leader from Drifveil City?" he said as he practiced a tactic to perfection.

"I think you got my confused with Clay. Clay is the ground type leader from Drifveil City. I'm Clyde, the official Pokemon Gym helper." Clyde said smiling.

Acerios rubbed his head, "Sorry, I haven't studied my gyms in a while." As he finished he fed one Rare Candy to Quatic and rushed to the Gym.

"Beginner's mistake. I don't blame you." Clyde said. Cheren saw Acerios coming to challenge him. "Hello. I am Cheren from the Aspertia gym. Ah, you are a very lucky trainer. You have a golden Pokemon. Let's see if you have what it takes to defeat me!" Cheren challenged.
